Abstract

A description of information provision systems, now under development, including Enhanced Flight Vision Systems, is presented. The paper enunciates the first-priority development problems and offers solution procedures; these are the testing of the aircraft guidance algorithm problem and the head-up-display image credibility enhancement problem (using complementary treatment of the sensor image and the database of the terrain).
