Entropy methods of anesthesia depth estimation based on EEG analysis

Abstract
Possibilities of EEG based time-domain entropy characteristics used for the anesthesia stages recognition are discussed. Conditional and approximated entropy techniques, as well as the results of their use for the analysis of several stages of anesthesia related to different levels of human brain activity, are considered.
