Estimation of the value of relative shifts of radar images of dot configuration

Abstract
The mode of estimation of the value of relative shifts (parallel shift in the line of Cartesian reference axes) of various radar images formed on detection of a naval multiple target by location means of aircrafts is proposed. The mode is based on the use of the method of minimum squares for the coprocessing of results of measurements of distances between aircrafts and of their positions computed by navigation systems. The efficiency of the received estimations of the value of relative shifts of images is analytically treated and is illustrated with the use of statistical computer modeling data.
